Event Goals

For the Event:
Create a vibrant daytime alternative to nightclub culture — replacing alcohol with specialty coffee, indoor settings with fresh, open-air surroundings, and night-time energy with daytime wellness. The event featured top-tier specialty coffee vendors and DJs to create a joyful, elevated atmosphere.

Goals for Ecstatic Expression Coffee Co.:

• Deliver 40 gallons of single-origin cold brew.
  
• Stay fully stocked — no running out of product.
  
• Prepare for an anticipated crowd of 1,500 attendees.

Challenges & Opportunities

At a previous Latt3 event, three vendors ran out of 60 gallons of cold brew within just a few hours, highlighting the need for better forecasting and scalable service strategies. This time, Ecstatic Expression Coffee Co. rose to the occasion by:

• Deploying a six-person team to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Curating a creative, limited menu designed to surprise and delight dancers and coffee lovers alike.
  
• Navigating our third ever public sales event (transitioning from a primarily catering-focused model) — a big step forward for our brand and capabilities.

 

Event Highlights

• We moved through over 8 pounds of coffee on espresso alone, as the cooler weather shifted guests’ preference from cold brew to hot espresso-based beverages.
  
• Adaptability was key: shifting from an original cold brew focus to a heavy espresso service in real-time.
  
• The team's energy, fast problem-solving, and customer engagement were at the heart of the success.
