o Mobilization Fee, and 1-4 hours or more of catering.

o Head Count - base head count - can always add on.

1 hour event - up to 50 people headcount included (add-on available)
2 hour event - up to 85 people headcount included (add-on available)
3 hour event - up to 125 people headcount included (add-on available)
4 hour event - up to 165 people headcount included (add-on available)
Head Count add is typically $7/head

Mobilization Fee - Includes: Set up 1.5-2.5 hours and tear down 1-1.5 hours. Includes drive time of up to 25 miles or 45 minutes, whichever comes first (add on for travel after).
