Catering Add On: Add Driving Mileage

This add on is to apply additional driving mileage to your catering package, if your driving mileage is outside of the included drive mileage available with your selected package. To apply this add on, simply select your corresponding catering package above to learn more about the price of this add on for each package.  1 mile - $2.25.  We charge two miles ($5.50) at a time to cover there and back.
