Grown in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca, Inmaculada’s Sudan Rume is a showcase of terroir and technique. The Holguín family uses variety-specific fermentation and cacao-inspired drying methods to push the boundaries of Colombian coffee. Their devotion to precision and elegance creates coffees that are expressive, structured, and unforgettable.
