As the cup cools, that’s where it gets fun—
you start to see tropical notes peek through, sometimes even a little herbaceous edge, like the coffee is evolving in real time.

🌍 Origin Story

Tolima, Colombia – MULTICOOP

Grown between 1,500–2,200 MASL in the municipalities of Planadas, Rioblanco, and Chaparral, this coffee comes from 379 smallholder producers organized under the Multicoop cooperative.

This region has undergone a powerful transformation—moving from isolation to becoming a hub for high-quality specialty coffee and regenerative agriculture.
