The Hambela Guji region, near Yirgacheffe but newer to coffee production, offers fertile high-altitude lands ideal for growing premium coffee. This lot is processed using the traditional natural method, drying coffee cherries on raised beds, which develops a sweet, syrupy cup with vibrant red fruit and rich chocolate notes.
