This coffee is grown near the colorful town of Ataco, El Salvador, on the Ariz family farm. Each year we source two distinct varietals from Ricardo and Kate’s farm, and the SL-34 stands out for its Kenyan lineage and flavor complexity.

Processing Method: Semi-Washed

The semi-washed process involves drying the coffee with a small amount of mucilage intact. This technique enhances sweetness and body, giving the SL-34 an elegant texture and clean tropical finish.
